We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence.

Job Overview

The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Financial Management & Analysis

We need someone to oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure robust financial controls, conduct cost and profitability analysis, support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.

  • Accounting & Compliance

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. They must ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions is crucial.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

This person should lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial targets. Prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making and identify potential financial risks and opportunities. Track financial performance against budget and recommend actions for cost control and process improvement.

Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting. Experience working with educational institutions will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools, essential for fast & accurate MIS.
