We're seeking an AI Automation Specialist to drive operational efficiency and innovation across departments.

About the Role:

This position involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot. The successful candidate will streamline workflows, enhance training, improve documentation access, and simulate real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI integrations, LLMs, or related platforms is a strong plus.
