Project Lead: AI Automation

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to manage our AI automation projects. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of automated workflows, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate interns and client expectations effectively.

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  2. Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
  3. Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  4. Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  5. Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  6. Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  7. Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  8. Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
