Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).">
  • Design agentic flows (LangChain/AutoGen) to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.">
  • Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.">
  • Leverage Databricks (notebooks, jobs, DLT) for large-scale workflows and monitoring.">
  • Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.">
  • Partner with experts and engineering teams to re-design processes for scalability and auditability.">

Required Skills:

  • Python (strong), Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen (agentic workflows).">
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance data and workflows.">
  • CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred).">
  • Strong problem-solving skills & stakeholder communication.">
