Job Description

As a seasoned executive director, you will lead a high-performing team of professionals in delivering exceptional services to Banking and Finance clients in the Data & AI space. With a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, you will drive business growth by ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios (over $10-15 million USD) in the Banking and Finance domain, focusing on Data & AI service offerings. You will be responsible for project and delivery management, stakeholder management, management consulting, sales and business development, P&L management, team leadership and development, process improvement, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex Management Consulting / Solutioning projects
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degrees
  • At least 18 years of experience in IT services/management consulting
  • At least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios (over $10-15 million USD) in the Banking and Finance domain
