Program Manager Mobility

As a Program Manager Mobility, you'll play a critical role in executing our Mobility and Tax programs for short-term assignments, international relocations, business traveler tax support, and international telecommuting support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end life cycle of STAs & International Transfers from a tax standpoint, including tax process, policy, and vendor support.
  • Monitor and review global tax compliance for tax services offered by UHG, and triage as appropriate.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to work through open items, such as initiating/authorizing 3rd party vendor services and notifications to trigger internal processes.
  • Assist with employee tax reports and payroll reports, and manage global compensation services supporting shadow payroll.
  • Manage global tax compliance governance, including sending internal email reminders to employees to mitigate tax compliance risk associated with cross-border moves.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing demanding workloads with concurrent deadlines.
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools.
  • Solid tax, financial, analytical, and business acumen.
  • Ability to generate innovative approaches and solutions to business opportunities.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Proven self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
