Role: Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and systems. With a strong background in back-end technologies, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications with a focus on user experience, functionality, and performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for web applications, ensuring efficient integration of front-end and back-end components.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage applications in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to the application's functionality.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with NodeJS/NestJS.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in designing loosely coupled, service-oriented systems.
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented design principles.
