Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using Selenium and Java.
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests for APIs using RestAssured.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create test plans, and test cases.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools and ensure their timely resolution.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to maintain quality and reliability standards.
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile and API automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for mobile automation testing.
  • Experience with RestAssured for API automation testing.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in using tools like Appium for mobile automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
  • Knowledge of performance testing for mobile and APIs.
