About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our OPF team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, utilities, and simulators to ensure the reliability and scalability of our payment processing systems.
  • Perform usability testing to identify and report defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the test lead to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide internal quality assurance and support to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in QA/software testing with a focus on automation testing.
  • Experience with multiple API automation test tools, including Postman, RestAssured, Karate, SOAPUI, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with multiple UI automation tools, including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Robotframework.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one scripting/coding language, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with source control (GIT, SVN) and Jira and Zephyr Scale test management tools.
  • Experience preparing test cases and test plans with an automation mentality.
  • Experience using CI tools, including Jenkins, Bamboo, and AzureDevops.
  • Banking and payments domain experience is mandatory.
