Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team and play a key role in reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with customers, vendors, and partners globally. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers;
  • Provide inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures;
  • Work with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.;
  • Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the entire contracting process;
  • Manage and give guidance to junior lawyers;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation, preferably in the IT industry;
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, with a focus on IT contracts and customer agreements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks and exposures;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
