Job Opportunity:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Validate engineering drawings for manufacturability, accuracy, and completeness in accordance with the latest standards.
    • Apply knowledge of medical device regulations to identify gaps and execute remediation activities.
    • Participate in project scoping and viability assessments through economic analysis, conflict resolution, and supplier quote evaluation.
    • Conduct models for tol-stackup studies and dimensional variation analysis using Creo-CETol or other tools.
    • Manage project activities efficiently to achieve FTR & OTD excellence.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions as needed.
    • Review PPAP reports from suppliers and assess conformance to technical specifications.
    • Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models to support project requirements.
    • Design Remediation (Engineering Specification Gap Assessment).
    • Assist in developing Master Validation Plans.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering with 9-12 years of relevant experience.
    • Expertise in DFM&A principles, manufacturing methods for plastics, metals, and packaging components & systems.
    • Experience analyzing project feasibility for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Proficiency in CAD - Creo/SW and PLM/PDM tools.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
