Job Title:

Factory Solutions Manager

Job Description:

The role involves leading the implementation and support of manufacturing and quality systems, including SPC, FDC, OCAP, and 8D tools.

This includes evaluating and selecting software solutions that align with fab/OSAT operational goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, and driving AI/ML integration into existing systems.

The selected candidate will also manage vendor relationships, ensure system compliance with industry standards and internal security protocols, and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and solution analysts.

  • Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to manufacturing or quality systems.
  • Familiarity with SECS/GEM, MES, and integration with factory automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Desired Experience Level:

At least 8 years of experience in OT solution management or engineering systems in semiconductor fabs or OSATs.
