Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring timely delivery of IT services. They will also be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, engaging with clients, and promoting innovation and quality enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project-based teams across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT service projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while managing project lifecycles.
  • Track and report project progress using standardized dashboards and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications are required.
  • Greater than 8 years of experience in Service delivery in EUC, Networking and similar role in IT Managed services.
  • Proven experience in managing projectized environments, IT service delivery, and people management.
