IT Service Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Leader to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT service management principles, and the ability to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. They will also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT service delivery strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering a range of IT services, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure that IT services meet these needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in ITIL or related frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
