As an Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting the implementation and improvement of operational processes. This includes working closely with our team to identify areas for enhancement and developing strategies to streamline our workflows.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and chat.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Malayalam.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in customer inquiry handling is preferable.
