Senior Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of complex campaigns from concept through delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the campaign lifecycle, including kickoff, milestones, reviews, and handover
  • Act as primary contact for clients, conducting briefings, providing status updates, and managing expectations
  • Coordinate internal and external teams, including artists, designers, and strategists
  • Track and oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to increase account revenue through upsell or cross-sell strategies
  • Utilize digital tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Trello, or CRM systems for planning and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project or account management within advertising, creative, or production agencies
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination using digital tools and clear timeline and budget tracking
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with production pipelines or workflows
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns including digital, traditional, ATL, and BTL channels
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile methodology
  • Experience in client-facing roles with revenue accountability or campaign growth responsibility
