Software Developer Position

At our organization, we are seeking an accomplished software developer to join our team in Bangalore, India.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to interpret business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs.
  • Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments.
  • Deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in database technologies.
  • 1 year of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
  • 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization.
  • 4 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software.
  • 4 years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment.
  • 2 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
  • 2 years of experience leading teams with or without direct reports.
Primary Skills:
  • Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
  • Experience working with DB like PostgreSQL, Mongo, Cassandra, etc.
  • Experience building REST and SOAP web services using Java.
  • Experience with Web Services, JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring-based REST services.
  • Experience with Java and J2EE (including servlets, JSP, JSF, JDBC).
  • Strong understanding of Java concurrency, concurrency patterns, experience building thread-safe code, Java JEE, SpringBoot, RDBMS, and NoSQL DBs, Microservices, Google Cloud, CI/CD.
