About the Role
  • You will make outbound calls to potential clients to showcase our offerings and establish strong relationships.
  • Provide detailed product information to clients and address their queries effectively.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by management.
  • Nurture leads and maintain customer connections.
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies to drive growth.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with computers and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Capacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
