Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
