Job Title: Senior Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee vendor onboarding in the FMCG or Beauty Care category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and partnering with new brands/vendors aligned with category needs, conducting thorough market research to analyze trends and discover emerging brands, negotiating commercial agreements with potential partners, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to expedite onboarding, managing the brand portfolio to drive category growth, and staying ahead of competition through marketplace analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding: Partner with new brands/vendors aligned with category needs, ensuring seamless integration into our existing operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends and discover emerging brands, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Building: Negotiate commercial agreements with potential partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite onboarding, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Brand Portfolio Management: Manage the brand portfolio to drive category growth, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Marketplace Analysis: Conduct ongoing competition mapping and study across all marketplaces, staying ahead of competition and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales/operations within the FMCG or Beauty Care category, possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and interpretation skills, and expertise in market and competitor research.
