Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to guide students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad. You will be responsible for providing personalized support, assisting in the admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process – application submission, documentation, letters of recommendation, personal statements, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
  • An empathetic approach and persuasive communication style.
  • A deep understanding of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
