Job Role Overview

This role is a pivotal part of ensuring students have an exceptional experience during their admission journey. Key responsibilities include managing student applications for various study abroad programs, verifying and reviewing documents, assisting students with application forms, tracking application status, and coordinating with universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student applications across multiple destinations to provide seamless support.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking their progress.
  • Coordinate with universities on admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Ensure accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and milestones are maintained.
  • Provide timely updates to students and counselors on application progress and outcomes.
  • Adhere to deadlines for applications, conditional offers, and final submissions.
  • Support offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handovers of student cases.
  • Stay updated on university requirements and policy changes to guide students effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
