Job Opportunity: Salesforce Tech LeadWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Salesforce platform, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.You will have a solid understanding of the SFDC platform and strong programming skills in Apex, LWC, and Lightning Component.The ideal candidate will have experience in creating scalable technical designs, deploying best practices, and leading teams to establish clear design directions and task priorities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Experience NOT preferred.
  • Ability to create scalable technical design for transformative solutions.
  • Apex Data Loader and experience on large data migration for complex data model and files / attachments.
  • Deployment experience with best practices.
  • Optionally aware about CI/CD process, Copado.
  • Strong communication skills and experience of direct customer interfacing.
  • Ability to conduct org level Impact analysis approach and experience.
  • Ability to lead a team and establish clear design directions and task priorities.
  • Able to report the status accurately for leadership reporting and governance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Awareness of IT Support processes, SLA reporting and support protocols.
  • Manufacturing process knowledge.
  • SAP basic awareness.
  • Commerce Cloud or CPQ awareness.
