Job Title: Retail Operations Manager">

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through primary and secondary sales.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize retail sales and operating profit.
  • Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures in stores.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as bills, walk-ins, average bill value, category penetration, and loyalty billing.
  • Studying the local competition and developing strategies to stay ahead.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to identify and implement seasonal themes.

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily work of subordinate employees and ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall quality and day-to-day operations of the establishment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
