
Strategic Marketing Professional

As a key member of our team, the Strategic Marketing Professional will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
- Leading planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Mentoring and guiding junior marketers, managing external agencies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
