Job Title: Guidance Support Specialist

Job Description:

The Guidance Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering effective communication, embracing a consultative approach, and prioritizing sales and conversion targets.

  • Engage with prospective students and parents to comprehend their learning needs and provide tailored solutions through structured guidance sessions.
  • Lead engagement and follow-ups by contacting potential leads via calls, emails, or digital platforms, and proactively guide interested leads through the decision-making process.
  • Conduct one-on-one guidance sessions (in-person or virtual) and offer customized product demonstrations, showcasing features, content, and benefits.
  • Address queries related to program offerings, pricing, curriculum, and learning outcomes, and convert guidance interactions into successful enrollments or subscriptions.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets, explain pricing models, installment/EMI options, and handle basic negotiations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead interactions in the CRM system, submit daily and weekly performance reports to the reporting manager, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Interpersonal, Communication, Persuasion - Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills are essential for this role.
