**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to help students with academic planning, course selection, and career guidance.
- Assess students' educational and emotional development needs and collaborate on personalized plans for growth.
- Assist students in identifying appropriate educational paths, including higher education opportunities, vocational training, or certifications.
- Maintain accurate student records, track progress, and provide follow-up sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support students’ academic and personal development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, orientation programs, and seminars on topics such as time management, exam stress, and career readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, college admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and industry demands.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Proven experience in academic advising or counselling, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate students and work collaboratively with faculty and parents.
- Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Language Proficiency : English, Bengali and Hindi
