We are seeking a **motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor** to join our team and guide students toward successful careers in healthcare and paramedical fields. You will be the bridge between aspiring learners and their dream courses.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career paths
- Guide students through admission procedures and documentation
- Follow up with potential leads for conversion
- Maintain and update student records and CRM systems
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for student onboarding

**Requirements**:
