As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and reliability of our customers' digital environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via various communication channels
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SASE solutions to meet evolving customer needs
  • Effectively manage support cases to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Publish high-quality technical bulletins and documentation in our knowledge base
  • Review and update training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, and troubleshooting guides to maintain accuracy and relevance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a technical support environment with a focus on SASE solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, and Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems and virtualization platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)
  • Proficiency in Windows and MAC OS debugging, editing registries, and Plist
