Lead Digital Innovation

Job Description:

  • Drive web platform development, digital campaigns, and microsites using modern frameworks (React, Vue) and tools (Framer, Webflow).
  • Develop and launch HTML5 banners, rich media creatives, and display ad experiences across formats and sizes.
  • Create WordPress-based campaign microsites, including theme development, plugin customization, and performance optimization.
  • Prototype AI-integrated tools and experiences using platforms like OpenAI, RunwayML, and generative AI tools.
  • Evaluate technical workflows for seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Transform design thinking into interactive MVPs, tools, or platforms.
  • Create animations and transitions using Lottie, GSAP, or custom SVG/CSS animations.
  • Stay current with tech trends and lead innovation labs, internal showcases, and prototyping sprints.
  • Mentor team members in creative tech, prototyping, and innovation workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative technology, digital production, or web development roles.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or other front-end frameworks.
  • Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme building and plugin integration.
  • Strong experience with Webflow, Framer, or low-code/no-code tools for prototyping and deploying microsites.
  • Track record in banner development using tools like Google Web Designer or hand-coded solutions.
  • UI/UX understanding and ability to work closely with design teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs, AI tool integrations, and building prototypes that leverage GPTs and conversational UIs.
  • Experience with animation and motion integration is a plus.
