both for our people and the business As a result our Digital team in Mumbai India is growing We are current searching for new colleagues for positions as Solution Architects to join our ambitious team in Mumbai India Do you want to be part of the solutionIdeally you come with a Bachelor master s degree in IT Digital Business or similar and brings min 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect role which has given you a deep understanding of designing IT solutions that are in line with strategies and best practices to meet current and future business needs As a Solution Architect you will act as liaison between the business and the wider digital team acting as the design authority across several solutions and ensuring that all solutions are aligned with architectural principles and best practices More concretely were looking for profiles to work within these areas Azure Responsible for design development and deploying AI ML solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform - bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilitiesDeveloping AI ML strategies aligned with business objectives identifying opportunities for automation optimization and predictive analyticsDesigning and implementing scalable Azure architectures supporting AI ML workloads incl data ingestion storage processing and deployment Integrating AI ML solutions with other Azure services and enterpriseExperienced in Azure AI ML AML Azure Cognitive Services Azure Databricks Experienced in operations and troubleshooting for two or more of the following Compute Storage Networking CDN Databases DevOps Big Data and Analytics Security ApplicationsProcurement Responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize procurement processes reduce costs and enhance supplier relationshipsDeveloping and aligning procurement strategies with overall business objectives focusing on cost reduction risk mitigation and supplier performance improvementDesigning strategies for managing supplier relationships including performance evaluation contract negotiation and risk mitigationAcceleration cloud adoption to modernise solutions and reduce costsCollaborating with Product Owners Managers on recommendations on best practice architecture aligned with business goalsExperienced in procurement technology solutionsFinance Responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize financial processes enhance efficiency and drive strategic decision-makingUnderstanding the specific requirements and challenges of the finance function incl financial reporting risk management regulatory compliance and financial planningEnsuring seamless integration of finance systems with other enterprise applications such as ERP CRM and HCMBe point of contact for the architectural runway for Finance and collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision strategy and road map for FinanceOperation Supply ChainResponsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that optimize and streamline the flow of goods and services through Hempels supply chainUnderstanding the specific requirements and challenges of the supply chain incl inventory management procurement logistics and distributionIdentifying and evaluating relevant solutions such as ERP systems supply chain management SCM software warehouse management systems WMS and transportation management systems TMS Looking for new opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes reducing costs and lead timesBe point of contact for the architectural runway for Operation and Supply Chain projects and capabilities Planning QHSE Operation and Logistic We welcome you to join a global community of ambitious team players aiming to reach new heights using cutting-edge technology to make a real difference -
