Sales Representative

The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining a complete knowledge of the hotel's features, services, and hours of operation. They will also be responsible for coordinating group arrangements, working with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements, and communicating group needs and specifications to all relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's features, services, and hours of operation.
- Coordinate all group arrangements, including site inspections and group bookings.
- Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements.
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper records and filing systems in accordance with the hotel's sales administration process.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Main Complexity/Critical Issues in the Job:
- Define precise client requirements and ensure that the services offered correspond effectively to their requests.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure that all guest complaints are efficiently addressed.
