**Backend Development Lead Role**

As a seasoned developer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of our Proptech platform's server-side logic. Your focus will be on creating scalable, secure, and efficient systems that power the entire platform across web, iOS, and Android clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create robust RESTful APIs to serve all frontend clients.
  • Develop core business logic for features like user authentication, property management, search algorithms, and monetization systems.
  • Design and manage database schema, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party services like payment gateways, mapping services, messaging APIs, and virtual tour providers.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build data pipelines and API endpoints for features like recommendation engines and automated property valuations.
  • Work with Web3 teams to integrate backend services with blockchain platforms for tokenization and cryptocurrency payment gateways.
  • Implement security measures in line with international standards.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and implement a scalable architecture to support long-term growth and feature expansion.
**Required Skills and Experience**
  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a proven track record of building complex applications.
  • Expert proficiency in a modern backend programming language and framework.
  • Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
  • Deep expertise in relational database design and management.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
  • Solid understanding of software security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
