Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead full stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Position

As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery

Prior Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks
  • Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, version control (Git), Cloud platforms, especially AWS
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients
  • Flexibility to work in a small company environment
