Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business value by analyzing and improving business processes. Your expertise in business analysis will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategic plans to implement these changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities
  • Analyze and document client business requirements and processes, and communicate these requirements through conceptual data and process models
  • Create test scenarios and develop test plans to verify client requirements are incorporated into the system design
  • Assist in analyzing testing results throughout the project
  • Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
  • Assist in coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide support to other team members
  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify intent of change is carried out through the entire project
  • Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six or more years of business analysis experience
  • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in DXC SMART 400-based insurance IP LIFE POLICY GROUP
