Technical Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, manage RFPs and tenders, facilitate client interactions, and support development teams with clear, actionable specifications and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review, analyse, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for IT projects and services.

● Conduct detailed requirement analysis and discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.

● Translate business needs into
technical specifications,

including SRS, BRD, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Create wireframes, process flows, ER diagrams, and integration maps to support UI/UX and development teams.

● Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, estimation, and planning.

● Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring proactive communication.

● Support QA in preparing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of experience as a
Technical Business Analyst

in the IT services domain.

● Proven experience in pre-sales activities, RFPs, and tender submissions.

● Strong understanding of
SDLC

, Agile methodologies, and software architecture fundamentals.

● Hands-on experience in
wireframing/prototyping tools

such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.

● Familiarity with
API concepts

(REST, JSON, XML) and
cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and basic query writing.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

● Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with
government or enterprise tenders

.

● Knowledge of system integration mapping, security, and compliance frameworks.

● Experience in API documentation tools (Swagger/Postman).

● Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or other Agile/BA credentials.
