Job Title: Customer Success Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous professional to ensure timely and accurate updates of sales data within our CRM/LMS system. This role involves coordinating with Sales Executives, verifying lead information, escalating gaps, and supporting business development activities through effective communication across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Data Management
  • Follow up with Sales Executives to guarantee that the CRM is updated on time.
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of CRM and LMS data, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Track Tasks, Lead Reviews, Pending Assignments on a daily basis.
  • Manage Imported Leads, Bookings, and Retails in the system.
  • Ensure proper classification of Excluded Numbers, Employees, and Branches.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Call and follow up with Sales Executives regarding pending updates, promoting collaboration and resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication with Sales/BDM teams, fostering trust and open dialogue.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management for prompt resolution.
  • Reporting & Analysis (DAR – Daily Activity Report)
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-ups, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Highlight delays, pending actions, and escalate issues when required, promoting proactive issue resolution.
  • Support BDMs with data-driven insights for business development, driving strategic growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication & follow-up skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi, along with English, as a primary language.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/LMS systems and data entry, ensuring seamless integration.
  • High attention to detail, patience, and accuracy, guaranteeing precision and quality.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and escalate effectively if needed, promoting efficient issue resolution.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in Sales Support / Data Entry / CRM Executive roles, demonstrating relevant expertise.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure with persistence and discipline, driving results-oriented performance.
