For this esteemed role, we seek a professional with:

  • A Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management or a related field, coupled with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality Industry/Senior Supervisory position in a 3-star hospitality organization. Experience in Senior Living is a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating a non-authoritarian management style and a passion for building a cohesive team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, complemented by empathy, compassion, patience, and a sense of humor.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients, prioritizing their satisfaction above all else.
