Lead Finance and Operations Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Lead Finance and Operations Expert.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation support projects, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
  • Responsibilities will include managing project teams, gathering requirements, designing and testing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • The successful candidate will also have expertise in rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and fast-track go-live assessments.

Primary Skills:

  • Implementing D365 F&O finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, credit and collections, budgeting and fixed assets.
  • Proficiency in F# and X++ programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and operations principles.

Secondary Skills:

  • Data migration and management.
  • Deployments and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operation support projects as a Finance Consultant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful and timely implementation.
  • Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.
  • Experience with rollout, deployment, upgrade, data migration, data management, and FastTrack go-live assessment.
  • SLA-based support experience.
  • Incident management tools experience.
  • Identify risks, issues, find solution, and plan/manage them.
  • Good client interactions and stakeholder expectation management skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Multi-vendor environment experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operation support projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
