Job Overview

The Finance Associate role plays a vital part in supporting daily finance and administrative functions.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Associate.

  • This position is ideal for someone with experience in financial management, who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect receipts for Pass Through Expense invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  2. Manage China expense reports by collecting relevant receipts and submitting them on time.
  3. Download and organize transaction receipts from Travel Platform, ensuring they are accurately recorded and filed.
  4. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to perform subledger and general ledger reconciliations.
  5. Update actuals for cash flow forecasting and reporting, providing essential insights for business decision-making.
  6. Maintain petty cash records within D365, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Perform monthly counterparty intercompany confirmations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient operations.
  8. Foster an organized filing system for financial documents, making it easy to access and retrieve information when needed.
  9. Support the month-end close process, contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  10. Participate in year-end audits, demonstrating a commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements.
