Financial Reporting and Compliance Specialist

This role involves preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of financial functions, and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, experience with Zoho Books, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure effective delivery of financial functions.
  • Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold data integrity.
  • Evaluate compliance with statutory requirements, including tax obligations.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.
  • Deliver periodic management reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA qualified with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (mandatory)
  • 7-10 years of overall experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Working knowledge or experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
