Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a seasoned expert to fill this challenging position.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing MS D365 Finance & Operations, with a strong background in business process management.
  • This role involves configuring and customizing various D365 F&O modules, such as Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Data migration, testing, and go-live support are essential responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with clients from diverse regions is crucial for successful project delivery.
  • The job requires gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and designing scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing finance, procurement & sourcing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, inventory management, and supply chain management modules.
  • Leading and participating in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring business continuity is also required.
  • User acceptance testing sessions and user training workshops are a key aspect of this role.
  • Preparing project documentation, including business process documents, functional design documents, and training manuals, is essential.
  • Staying updated with Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements is crucial.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in Finance & Operations modules is a key responsibility.
