Job Description

A seasoned hospitality professional is sought to lead the operations of a 35-50 key hostel in North India.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple facets of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, human resource management, F&B, guest experience, R&M & engineering, security & safety, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proven expertise in the hospitality industry with extensive work experience
  2. Understanding of company vision, business expansion plans, operational standards, etc.
  3. Optimizing hotel operations within a brand network
  4. Managing pre-launch phase, day-to-day operations, etc.
  5. Supervising various functions, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, etc.
  6. Ensuring operational quality with attention to detail on infrastructure, services, staff, operations, etc.
  7. Handling and resolving escalations and grievances
  8. Motivating, mentoring, and aligning staff
  9. Liaising with local authorities and vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Hospitality graduate or postgraduate degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in hotel operations
  • Operational knowledge of hotel operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to relocate within southern India
  • High attention to detail
