Job Overview:

Front Office Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, billing and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front desk, identifying and rectifying any lapses in real-time.
  • Administer daily front office functions, implementing continuous review and improvement processes.
  • Fulfill duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Oversee guest services on a daily basis, identifying critical guests and VIP arrivals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric with effective communication skills.
  • Thorough organization and supervisory skills, with natural team player qualities and negotiation skills.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in hotel management, preferably with 3-4 years of experience in 4/5 star hotels in similar roles.
