Job Overview

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of software products.

This entails testing and validating software applications, systems, and integrations to identify defects and enhance overall product reliability.

  • Clearly understand requirements and raise questions if anything is unclear.
  • Maintain accurate records of queries and updates to ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations.
  • Prepare and manage test data, including setup configurations, menu items, kiosk flows, and integrations.
  • Conduct manual and automation testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules.
  • Identify and report bugs, track them until resolved, and implement corrective actions.

You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to guarantee that all software products meet required standards. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing expertise (Postman, SOAP UI or similar tools).
  • Automation testing skills (Selenium-Java or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
