Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automated testing.
About the Role:
- You will have hands-on experience with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium, as well as expertise in Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, and Database Validation.
- Additionally, you will have experience writing test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a centralized repository for Risk Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers/Agile Coaches, and Developers to define, introduce, enforce, and own the QA process.
- Transition from manual testing to Selenium and Java-based automation testing.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of testing experience in Manual and Automation environments.
- Experience implementing Quality Control and assessing its effectiveness after implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
