Job Title: Chief Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our contract management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions. Ensure timely completion to prevent execution delays.
  • Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: LLB (Bachelor of Law)
  • Experience: relevant contract / legal experience preferred
  • Skills: Legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.
