Role: Chief Collaboration Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle implementation of collaboration platforms from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Design architecture, including workspace structure, channels, user groups, and permissions.
• Configure and customize settings to align with business needs and workflows.
• Integrate collaboration tools with third-party tools, internal systems, and productivity platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom apps, bots, and automation workflows using APIs and Workflow Builder.
• Establish governance, security policies, and usage guidelines for collaboration adoption.
• Train and support end-users, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing collaboration platforms from scratch in a greenfield environment.
• Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Bolt framework, and custom app/bot development.
• Experience integrating collaboration tools with enterprise systems and SaaS tools.
• Solid understanding of workspace permissions, channel strategy, and user management.
