About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading National Teleradiology company in the United States. Our client has been rated as the number 1 National Teleradiology company by KLAS in 2011 and provides teleradiology services to over 150 hospitals across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving: You will need to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Teamwork: As a team player, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience: At least 4-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in contact centers and sales.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications is necessary.
- Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
