Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure adherence of submission of returns to regulatory & statutory authorities in a timely manner.
  • To conduct AML transaction monitoring & review of Risk Categorization of customers.
  • To assist in compliance review & monitoring of various departments.
  • To handle communications with regulatory bodies.
  • To assist in preparation of MIS/ Dashboards for Board and Top Management

The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, including submitting returns on time, conducting AML transaction monitoring, and categorizing customer risks. This professional must also review and monitor compliance across multiple departments, communicate with regulatory entities, and create management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for senior management.

In this role, the Compliance Manager will work closely with other teams to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address these issues. The professional must be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, they will be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensuring that the company remains compliant.
